New Services Preparing the Future of Language Training

As of this autumn term, starting on 12th October, we'll be offering a vast range of new services that we hope will add a great deal of value to your Portuguese studies, and greatly improve the results of your learning.
These new features emerged as a result of the online training format, which we have adopted since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. This terrible pandemic has accelerated the move towards digitalisation amongst human societies and will inevitably and permanently reshape the way we live, communicate, and do business.

Bacalhau (cod) in São Paulo

This photo was taken by one of our teachers in the "Mercadão" (Big Market), the municipal market of São Paulo, Brazil. Looking attentively to the image there are so many things to learn... You can see the flags of Brazil and Portugal. Then look at the logo on the left side. The place is very aptly named "Empório Luso Brasileiro - Rei do bacalhau" (Luso Brazilian Emporium - King of the Cod).

Cervantes in Lisbon

This post reproduces a story published by Javier Rioyo in the Spanish newspaper El País (25th Jan 2015). The story is particularly interesting for our school, as we teach special courses of Portuguese for Spanish speakers!
